Grammer AG, January 25, 2023 – Grammer secures a place in the top third of the Top Employers Institute's well-known employer ranking. The company thus qualifies as a German Top Employer 2023 with a strong overall ranking. Grammer earned this distinction as part of a process that evaluated its performance in 20 areas, including HR strategy, work environment, talent acquisition, training, well-being, culture, diversity and integration.

A total of 150 companies became Top Employers in Germany in 2023. They are all characterized by a particularly positively rated working environment. This involves all areas and questions relevant to employees, which are also of interest to applicants: Is equality guaranteed? Are diversity and integration practiced? Is an atmosphere created in which each individual can feel comfortable, and does the company offer good opportunities for further training?
The results of the Top Employers Institute confirm this: At Grammer AG locations, these questions are answered with “yes”. Thanks to the high overall rating, the employer headquartered in Ursensollen, Bavaria, is one of the best-rated Top Employers 2023 in Germany.
