At its meeting on March 15, 2019, the Supervisory Board decided to appoint Ms. Jurate Keblyte to the Executive Board and to assign her to the position of Chief Financial Officer with effect from August 1, 2019.
Ms. Keblyte has gained professional and management experience in various executive positions both in Germany and internationally. The search for a successor to Mr. Pretscher and a new CEO for Grammer AG is continuing according to plan. Jens Öhlenschläger was previously appointed to the Executive Board and the position of COO in December.
