Amberg, March 15, 2019 - Following a thorough selection process, the Supervisory Board of Grammer AG has made another important decision regarding the future composition of the Executive Board. At its meeting on March 15, 2019, the Supervisory Board decided to appoint Ms. Jurate Keblyte to the Executive Board and to assign her to the position of Chief Financial Officer with effect from August 1, 2019.

Ms. Keblyte has gained professional and management experience in various executive positions both in Germany and internationally. Most recently, she was CFO at KUKA Robotics, where she was responsible for business development.
