Lenka, you joined Grammer in Tachov, CZ, as a Human Resources Manager. Give us a brief insight into your personal Grammer story.

My job is an exciting mixture of all HR processes, from the recruitment process, through employee training, to performance and compensation management. I deal with both skilled technical staff and salaried employees in Shared Services such as the Experts. It is great to get to know people from different places and backgrounds and to provide them with long-term support.

What fascinates you about your job?

The chance to use all of my competencies at Grammer. Having exchanges with international colleagues from different locations, as well as the challenge of meeting the requirements of the different groups of employees makes my job so special.

What do you value about Grammer as an employer?

Grammer in Tachov, CZ is a stable and global employer. I appreciate the open and transparent interactions with each other and the fact that the employer invests in the development of their employees.
