That´s why we offer especially developed programs for managemenet trainees, executives and for our top management.
Highly qualified trainers instruct our employees during this programs. In addition to the courses and workshops the participants work on a multidisciplinary project to implement their knowledge immediately.
Besides this we take an active part in a corporate association in our region. Together with the other seven participating companies we develop management trainees and managers.
