The Group Supply Chain Management [G-SCM] of GRAMMER AG has been set up to meet these requirements.

The G-SCM is mainly composed of the following units:

As the central functional unit, G-SCM provides the necessary tools, methods and processes, develops appropriate concepts and supports the decentralised units in the business units and factories.

Strategies and orientations are developed in close cooperation with Operations, Research and Development and Business Units for application as a set of guiding principles for the units worldwide.

As a direct and indirect supplier to notable manufacturers of vehicles and construction machinery, GRAMMER AG is in direct competition with co-competitors and the processes of change in the market.
