In our company guidelines we have fixed the principle of equal opportunities for all our employees.
Not only equal opportunities, but also qualification of our employees play a decisive role. For example we offer special company-internal programs for junior, middle and top management.
Highly qualified trainers instruct our employees during this programs. In addition to the courses and workshops the participants work on a multidisciplinary project to implement their knowledge immediately.
Besides this we take an active part in a corporate association in our region. Together with the other seven participating companies we develop management trainees and managers.
